Deposits are required to confirm a space on all hunts. A deposit of $1,000.00 will hold a space for an upcoming year. A full deposit will hold a price increase. Prior to December 1st before the year you are going to hunt, a full deposit must be in place. If you fail to meet the deposit requirements, the space will be rebooked and you will forfeit your initial deposit. A further deposit of the same amount is due March 1st of the year you are going to hunt. The balance of payment is due May 1st of the year you are hunting.

DEPOSITS FOR ALL HUNTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE UNLESS A REPLACEMENT CAN BE MADE BY MAY 1st OF THE YEAR YOU ARE SCHEDULED TO HUNT.
